The Gouf is a suit that was built to excel in close-range combat, and this custom variant has the same close-range capabilities, plus increased performance in mid-range shooting skirmishes. It has a gatling gun mounted on its shield, that it can purge at any time to fight more effectively in melee range.

Main: 75mm Gatling gun/3-barrel 35mm Machine Gun
Able to fire all 90 ammo in a row. Takes around 5 shots to stagger opponent and 15 shots to down opponent. Once ammo reaches zero, main weapon will be changed to 3-barrel 35mm Machine Gun. Try to avoid using up all ammo.
3-barrel 35mm Machine Gun is able to fire all 20 shots in a row and takes around 4 shots to stagger opponent and 20 shots to down opponent.
Sub: Heat rod
Fires out Heat Rod forward, stuns the opponent upon hit and pulls itself towards the opponent. Pulls itself upon hitting terrain, cuts tracking for this action.
Able to link to all melee combo.
Special Shooting: Heat rod (Grapple Reel)
Fires Heat Rod according to the current direction input. Pulls itself upon hitting terrain, cuts tracking for this action. Stuns the opponent upon hit and pulls itself towards the opponent. Shares ammo with BC. Gouf Custom will come to a complete standstill upon impact with terrain or pressing Boost.
*AC:If used on ground, it will fire its heat rod to any direction which you have inputed
*AC:If used in air, the heat rod will fire towards the ground.
Special Melee: Heat rod (Overhead Jump)
A Jet Core Booster appears above Gouf and Gouf will hook it with the Heat Rod. Cuts tracking. Hold Boost or direction to hang there.
There are 2 types of input for this weapon:
1)*BC: Able to swing in air towards the direction which you input like Spiderman.
2)5BC : Will pull itself up to the air while slamming the Core Booster towards the ground, deals 111 damage upon hit.
Able to do *BC~*AC
2B: Road Throw
Able to block against range attacks during animation. Best used before running animation comes to a stop.
Heat rod continuous attack
- Always face the opponent while you are using your ranged weapons to prevent vernier.
- Since this unit movement is more towards running on ground, would be good to input some motions before the running animations ends so as to make your moves less predictable. (Example using 2B,BC and BC~AC before the running animations ends)
- Try not to use up the 75mm Gatling gun ammo as the difference in performance between this and the 3-barrel 35mm Machine Gun is damm far apart. Before you ran out of ammo, just use your burst to reload the ammo. Can also have your partner to use Blaze Gear to refill your ammo.
